4. Communication and Teamwork
Developers work with clients, product managers, designers, QA, and business analysts every day. AI cannot replace trust, collaboration, leadership, or empathy.
Ask a Better Question
Instead of asking "Will AI replace developers?" ask: "Will developers who use AI replace developers who don't?" The answer is much closer to yes. Companies now prefer professionals who use AI coding assistants, write effective prompts, automate repetitive work, review AI-generated code, and improve software quality.
